X-on (hereinafter called the host company) provide the telecommunications service for mobitours.

Imagemakers commits to provide services as agreed verbally and confirmed in writing.

Recorded information may be changed at any time. Imagemakers will agree a fee for this, which could be via an annual service plan or other ad-hoc arrangement. Clients may receive training to service their own mobitours if required.

Clients are responsible for marketing their own mobitours. Neither Imagemakers nor the host company will be responsible if targets are not met.

Imagemakers, through the host company, aims to provide the client with 100% availability of service. Imagemakers will, however, accept no liability for loss of revenue, damage to business or other problems encountered due to non-availability of service caused by any reason.

Imagemakers will inform clients of any known periods of non-availability together with full reasons for this non-availability.

In the unlikely event of scheduled downtime being required to upgrade services or equipment by the host company, this will be done at a time when minimum inconvenience is caused to the client and the client's customers. Imagemakers will advise the clients if this is likely to cause any significant break in service.
